How will this play out in Georgetown though? Don't they shoot you on sight for mentioning such things like growth and development?
Ha. maybe. Seriously, though, Gtown and Foxhall are both historic districts, so I don't know how this part of town can accomodate more growth and development without big changes to its historic preservation laws. It's not like there is tremendous infill or redevelopment potential there. And the university is not going to start building non-student apartments on its land either. Nor are property values really a huge problem.
